RETURNS POLICY
We understand that online shopping can sometimes be challenging, especially when it comes to sneakers. That's why we're here to assist you with returns. Whether you've purchased items at full price or during a sale, our commitment remains the same. We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Here is how to return your items:
- Please email us at hello@mixkix.com.au telling us your name, order number, contact details and reason for the return. We will be in contact with 24-48 hours.
- Post the sneaker in original unworn condition with box in tact to the returns address provided.
- We will be in touch once the goods have been received and inspected.
Sneaker returns:
- You may return unused items in original condition up to 30 days after receiving your order.
- If the fit is not right, we’ll gladly exchange for another size or sneaker to the same value or provide you with an online credit.
- Please make sure the shoes are in original unworn condition, and the box is intact. Sneakers can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit to the same value excluding shipping.
- Refunds can not be processed if any part of the product is damaged.
- Refunds will be processed through the same method of payment made at purchase, excluding shipping.
Faulty goods:
We are committed to producing high quality shoes from the best materials. We take care to check every product before it is shipped. If on the rare occasion something slips through the cracks, you can contact us at hello@mixkix.com.au with photos of the shoes attached. We’ll do our best to look after you. We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the goods prior to offering an exchange, credit, refund or repair.
